3. Estimates & Upfront Pricing

We practice transparent flat-rate pricing. Technicians perform an on-site physical diagnostic evaluation before providing a written quote. You are never obligated to proceed until you have reviewed and signed the work estimate. All payments are due upon completion of services rendered unless prior written commercial terms are established.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for immediate response windows, arrival times may be impacted by severe weather conditions, road transit events, or extraordinary emergency call volumes across Georgia. Property owners are advised to utilize primary water shutoff valves immediately in any active flooding event to mitigate water damage while technicians are in transit.
